The camp included hiking, outdoor group training, self defense and ground fighting.
Students also played cards, foosball and billiards, and enjoyed a barbeque.
The camp was a success because everyone had a positive and proactive attitude throughout the whole experience.

  1. I bet this is a great experience and training camp for mixed martial arts participants. It is always good to surround yourself with other individuals who are driven to be their best. It will rub off on you in a positive way.
